BT Commish ("we," "the app") is a companion tool for Madden Franchise leagues that connects to Discord and EA Sports' Madden servers to display league data — standings, schedules, stats, rosters, and trades — in one place.
What we collect
- Discord account info: when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the servers (guilds) you're a member of, so we can match you to your league's hub and Discord roles.
- EA/Madden league data: a league admin connects the league's EA account once. From then on we import that league's public franchise data — team rosters, schedules, standings, player stats, and trade activity — the same data already visible inside the Madden Companion App.
- Usage data: basic server logs (timestamps, error rates) to keep the app running and to diagnose problems.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't post to Discord or take any action on your behalf beyond what you explicitly trigger (signing in, linking a team, listing a trade, etc).
- We don't access EA account credentials directly — the EA connection flow runs through EA's own login page; we only receive the resulting league data.
Where it's stored
League and account data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) under access rules scoped to your league's Discord server and roles. Only people with access to that Discord server's league hub can see its data.
Your choices
- Unlinking your Discord account or leaving the league's Discord server removes your access to that league's hub.
- A league admin can disconnect the EA account from Settings, which stops future imports (past imported data is not automatically deleted).
- Contact support@btcommish.com to request deletion of your account data.

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes materially.
